SSG-375 – Industrial Sliding Gate Operator
The Ozgate® SSG-375 is a heavy duty Sliding Gate Operator built to suit large industrial and busy commercial sites. If you need a sliding gate motor to secure your site and it needs to open and close with many operations throughout the day, then this is the unit you need.
This custom built system uses only high end components. Standard features on this unit just aren’t seen on other gate operators:
- Three phase, 0.75kw motor
- 100% duty cycle for intense use
- High run speeds, programmable up to 800mm/sec
- Cast-iron gearbox with die-cast aluminium gears
- Industrial Variable Speed Drive
- PLC logic for reliability and flexibility of features
- Proximity sensors for contact free gate position sensing
- Input power – 240VAC– 16A
- Fully welded steel frame with powdercoat finish
The SSG is specifically built in house by Ozgate® Automation to retro fit to large industrial/ commercial ground track or cantilever gates. This system is designed to drive the largest of sliding gates on the market. Using big motors, worm drive gearboxes and proximity sensors the operator can be fitted to a gate of any length, height and weight. All parameters are intelligently controlled using our PLC with no setup or software initialisation onsite.
SAFETY
All automated gate systems requires safety, we recommend at a minimum PE beams and ground loops be installed with the SSG Industrial Sliding Gate Operator. The SSG gate controller in standard configuration supports any of the following safety items:
- Ground loops & detectors
- Photo electric beams
- Strobe lights
- Audible buzzers
Additional mechanical safety items can include:
- Polycarbonate safety screens
- Cabinet Locks
- Fencing
- Warning Signs
